2)EAT THE RIGHT FOOD
    -eat the right food in a proper portion.
Don't take junk food if you really want to be fit and healthy. Avoid oily food , eat light food at night. Lesser you meal and meat portion is also affected. Eat vegetables salad and fruit salad rather than stuff.

3)KEEP TRACK OF CALORIES.
    -Do regular check-up of your health . Create plans and system to be work , exercise, and meal. Do take doctor's tips according to your body.

Don't check your weight and size again and again because it give you tention and you will lose your attention on your plan .
